Leadership

Bruce Willsie

Bruce Willsie is the CEO of L2, the nation’s leading political data processing and technology firm and the primary commercial source for voter data used by members of Congress, numerous state legislatures and campaigns across the country. L2 maintains the nationwide voter file as well as multiple national commercial databases all through its high technology web platforms L2 VoterMapping and L2 ConstituentMapping. Born and raised in the state of Washington, Bruce is an attorney and former nuclear power plant operator onboard a submarine in the U.S. Navy. A graduate of Princeton and Harvard Law School, Bruce came to L2 in 1990 after a short stint as a Seattle attorney specializing in high tech contracting and business litigation.

Tracy Allman Dietz

Tracy is the Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing of L2. A former Associate Publisher at Campaigns & Elections Magazine and a former Executive Director of the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC), Tracy knows the campaign world inside and out. During her tenure at L2, Tracy has helped the firm significantly expand its footprint in the political and public affairs worlds. Prior to joining L2, Tracy managed the sales team at Campaigns & Elections, the trade journal of the campaign industry. She is also a past President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the American Association of Political Consultants. Tracy holds a B.A. in Political Science and Peace, War and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tracy lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Greg and two daughters, Addison and Charley.

Jon Criddle

Jon Criddle is the Chief Technology Officer at L2. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from California Polytechnic State University. Jon came to L2 in 1987 and is responsible for maintaining all of L2’s servers and programs. His role has grown alongside L2’s industry leading digital platforms.

Bruce Anderson

Bruce Anderson is the Chief Information Officer at L2. Bruce has been with the company for over 25 years and started working with microcomputers and nine track tape devices to currently managing L2’s database. Prior to L2 Bruce had a variety of jobs from carpenter to ambulance driver. He attended Western Washington University and served in the Vietnam War. While he was born in Seattle Bruce moved around as an "army brat" living in Japan and Germany eventually returning to the Pacific Northwest where lives with wife and two daughters.

Tim Teehan

Tim Teehan is L2’s National Director of PACs and Associations. Tim was most recently a Partner and Director of Business Development at Columbia Books & Information Services a leading specialty information publication firm managing such publications as The Original US Congress Handbook, Association Trends and Lobbyists.info. In 2006 Tim was brought in by Campaigns & Elections Magazine to help reboot the publication as the National Sales Director. Over the next two years Tim would help grow the magazine that caters specifically to political consultants and that he lovingly refers to as the “Sports Illustrated” of professional politics.

Tim graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in Speech Communications and Philosophy. He currently lives in Virginia with his wife Shana and his four step kids Molly, Alex, Jak and Sam.

Paul Westcott

Paul Westcott is L2’s Director of Marketing and Communications. Prior to joining L2 Paul worked for NBC News, Fox News Channel and most recently Clear Channel Media and Entertainment. At Clear Channel Paul started as a Senior Digital Editor creating and managing editorial content on over 850 radio station websites. While in his digital role Paul created and hosted a daily talk show and podcast covering news and politics for the burgeoning iHeartRadio platform. After two years hosting the digital only show Paul was brought on as a local morning host in New Hampshire, Maine and later Worcester, MA.

Prior to Clear Channel Paul was an Assignment Editor for NBC News working on the national, international and political desks covering all of the network’s news properties including the Today Show, MSNBC, Meet the Press and Nightly News with Brian Williams. While in college Paul was fortunate enough to gain experience both at an NPR affiliated station WFUV radio as an anchor and reporter and a production assistant on Fox News Channel’s the O’Reilly Factor.

Paul attended Fordham University and has both a BA and MA in Political Science with a focus on campaigns and elections management as well as political communications.
